Online and Custom Orders

• All Texas residents are required to pay sales tax.
• Handguns ship UPS/FED EX 2nd-day air with adult signature required; long guns, lower receivers, and other firearms ship UPS/FED EX ground signature required..
• Buyers must inspect the firearm before taking possession from their transfer dealer. The inspection period for firearms ends when the buyer takes possession, and once the buyer takes possession of the firearm from their dealer, it can not be returned.
• All new items are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. If you receive a new item that you feel is defective, you must contact the manufacturer regarding the warranty.
• The buyer assumes all responsibility for knowing if the gun is legal/compliant in your state (IL, DC, NY, NJ, MA, MD, CA); while we try our best to determine state compliance and include it in the listing, it’s ultimately the buyer’s responsibility.
• If you purchase a gun that is restricted/prohibited in your state, you will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and responsible for all return shipping charges. Currently, we can only ship to the 50 United States--we don't ship to Guam, Puerto Rico, or any other US Territories. Orders received from those properties will be refunded with a 25% restocking fee immediately.
• If you request to cancel your order before it ships, there will be a 10% restocking charge.

Fees:    

• Storage: $2 per day
  • ​Once an item arrives, the buyer has 7 days to schedule a pickup appointment. Any item left over 7 days without prior arrangement will be subject to a storage fee of $2 per day.    
• FFL Transfer Fee: $30 per firearm (Non NFA Items)
• NFA FFL Transfer Fee: $75 per item.
• Credit Card Fee: 3.99% of the total transaction.
• Restocking Fee: 25% of the sales price.
